Shipping & returns

Prints will be carefully packaged in a Mailing Tube to ensure the prints are kept safe when being delivered. Framed prints are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service.

All Domestic Orders will be sent via Express Australia Post with Tracking.
All International Orders will be sent by Air with tracking. If you have an urgent order, please email hello@vanessarussell.com.au before ordering to ensure you have your package delivered on time. 10% gst will be added to all domestic orders.

All photographic prints are custom printed and made to order. Please allow 5-10 working days from the date you have ordered your print and 2-3 weeks for framed prints. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
 Sent via Australia Post and shipping is free. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sent to selected countries via Australia Post for a flat rate of $25 AUD. For unframed prints only. International shipping takes 5 -10 working days from Australia to your door depending on location. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.

TRACKING
Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email that includes your tracking information so you can follow its journey. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me within two hours of receiving your order confirmation email. If you must cancel, please contact hello@vanessarussell.com.au. If your request falls passed this time, unfortunately we cannot refund or cancel orders.

RETURNS
Please choose carefully when deciding to order a print or homewares as they are limited editions and the homewares are made to order. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email me at hello@vanessarussell.com.au if you have any problems with your items that you have received. Depending upon the issue, we may request you to provide photographic evidence showing the stated damage, so we can notify our courier company.
